Limited Warranty

Version 2.0. Effective September 1, 2026.

This warranty applies to Products purchased on or after the effective date above. If you purchased your Product before that date, the version of this warranty in effect on your date of purchase governs your Product. Prior versions are archived and available on request.

THIS IS A LIMITED WARRANTY. PLEASE READ IT BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING ANY GLORY DAYS SPEED SHOP PRODUCT.

1. Who is covered

This warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser (“you”) who purchased the Product new from glorydaysspeedshop.com or from an authorized Glory Days Speed Shop dealer or distributor.

This warranty covers the Product only as installed on the single vehicle on which it was first installed. It is not transferable. Coverage ends automatically and permanently if you sell or otherwise transfer that vehicle, or if the Product is removed and installed on any other vehicle.

We contact every customer after purchase to confirm the vehicle the Product is going on. This lets us supply the correct wiring, and it helps us verify eligibility quickly if you ever need to make a claim. Please keep your original dated invoice. If you make a claim, you will need to establish that you are the original purchaser and that the Product remains on the vehicle it was originally installed on.

2. What is covered, and for how long

Subject to the exclusions in Section 4, Glory Days Speed Shop warrants that the components listed below will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the periods stated:

“Limited Lifetime” means for as long as you own the vehicle on which the Product was originally installed, as described in Section 1. There is no mileage limit.

Replacement actuators may be purchased at any time, whether or not the actuator remains under warranty.

3. What we mean by a defect

A “defect in material or workmanship” means a flaw in the materials we used or in the way we manufactured the Product that causes a covered component to fail to perform the function it was designed to perform. This is the only definition of defect used in this warranty.

4. What is not covered

This warranty does not cover, and Glory Days Speed Shop has no obligation with respect to:

• Sound, tone, or volume. Because the perception of sound is subjective, we do not warrant any particular sound characteristic.
• Cosmetic condition and appearance. Stainless steel changes appearance in normal service. Surface discoloration, heat tint or bluing near the inlet, tea staining, light surface rust, blemishes, and similar cosmetic effects are normal, are not defects, and are not covered. This includes appearance changes caused by weather, road hazards, extremes of heat or cold, or lack of maintenance.
• Deterioration of internal insulation or packing material, which is a normal wear item.
• Normal wear, and corrosion caused by road salt, de-icing chemicals, abrasives, or other environmental exposure.
• Damage from improper installation, improper storage, misapplication, neglect, improper maintenance, or repair or alteration by anyone other than Glory Days Speed Shop.
• Damage from service conditions outside the Product’s design parameters, including excess heat from overly rich fueling, misfires, or engine tuning.
• Damage from accident, impact, road debris, fire, theft, or acts of nature.
• Use in sanctioned or organized competitive racing events.
• Use in commercial, fleet, or vocational service.
• Use in marine or other non-automotive applications.
• Any Product not purchased new from glorydaysspeedshop.com or an authorized dealer or distributor, including Products purchased through auction sites, online marketplaces, or any secondary or resale channel.
• Labor to remove and reinstall the Product, which remains the vehicle owner’s responsibility.

5. What we will do

If a covered component fails because of a defect during the applicable warranty period, Glory Days Speed Shop will, at our option, repair the component or replace it. If a replacement is not reasonably available, or if the Product has been discontinued or superseded by a later design, we may instead supply a substantially similar product or refund a prorated portion of the original purchase price of that Product.

A repaired or replacement component is covered for the unexpired remainder of the original warranty period. It does not start a new warranty period. Components we replace under this warranty become the property of Glory Days Speed Shop.

You are responsible for shipping the Product to us prepaid. If your claim is approved, we will pay to return the repaired or replacement component to you, and we will reimburse your inbound shipping cost. If your claim is denied, we will return the Product to you at your expense, or hold it for your instructions.

6. How to make a claim

You must notify us within 30 days after you discover, or reasonably should have discovered, the condition you believe to be a defect. Continuing to operate the vehicle after a defect becomes apparent can worsen the damage, and we do not cover additional damage caused by delayed reporting.

You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before shipping anything to us. We are not responsible for return freight on any shipment refused for lack of an RMA number.

1. Email Lars@glorydaysspeedshop.com with your order number, the vehicle the Product is installed on, a description of the problem, and photographs.
2. We will respond, request any additional information we need, and issue an RMA number if the claim is eligible for inspection.
3. Write the RMA number in large, clearly visible characters on the outside of the shipping box, and enclose a copy of your original invoice.
4. Ship the Product prepaid to: Glory Days Speed Shop, Attn: Warranty Returns, 17 Taconic Park Drive, Suite 1, Pittsfield, MA 01237.
5. We will inspect the Product and notify you of our determination within 5 business days of receipt.
6. If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the component and return it to you. If the claim is denied, we will tell you in writing why it was denied.

Our warranty determination is made in good faith based on inspection of the returned Product. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Implied warranties

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE WRITTEN WARRANTY PERIOD SET OUT IN SECTION 2 OF THIS WARRANTY.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN PARTICULAR, MASSACHUSETTS DOES NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR MODIFICATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES IN CONSUMER SALES, AND THE ABOVE LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO MASSACHUSETTS PURCHASERS.

8. Limitation of liability

EXCEPT AS STATED IN THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH, GLORY DAYS SPEED SHOP DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, REPAIR LABOR, TOWING EXPENSE, RENTAL VEHICLES, LODGING COSTS, AND OTHER INCONVENIENCE COSTS. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT AS SHOWN ON THE ORIGINAL BILL OF SALE.

NOTHING IN THIS WARRANTY EXCLUDES OR LIMITS OUR LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION, OR FOR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

9. Intended use, safety, and legal compliance

Glory Days Speed Shop Products are performance exhaust components. You are responsible for confirming that the Product, and the configuration in which you operate it, complies with all federal, state, provincial, and local laws applicable to you, including laws governing exhaust noise and emissions equipment. Legal requirements vary by jurisdiction and may include restrictions on adjustable or variable exhaust systems.

These Products are not designed or sold as replacements for any emissions control device, and installation does not require the removal or modification of any emissions control device.

Exhaust components reach extreme temperatures in operation and remain hot after the engine is shut off. Exhaust gas contains carbon monoxide, which is odorless and can be fatal. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Follow the installation instructions supplied with the Product, verify that all connections are sealed and all fasteners are torqued to specification, and inspect the installation periodically.

10. General terms

Governing law and forum

This warranty is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any action arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of this warranty is held to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if it cannot be so modified, severed. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Geographic scope

This warranty extends only to purchasers residing within the continental United States.

Entire warranty

This document is the entire written warranty given by Glory Days Speed Shop for the Product and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous representation regarding warranty coverage, whether written or oral. No dealer, distributor, employee, or agent has authority to modify this warranty or to make any additional warranty on our behalf.

Return Policy

Version 2.0. Effective September 1, 2026.

This return policy is separate from the Limited Warranty. A return is a change of mind; a warranty claim is a defect. Defective Products are handled under the Limited Warranty.

Eligibility

We accept authorized returns of Products that are unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original condition, within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days we do not accept returns or issue adjustments.

Opened packaging is fine. You are welcome to open the box and inspect the Product. All original packaging, manuals, hardware, and ancillary materials must be included, and missing or damaged components will be charged against the refund.

Products that have been installed are not eligible for return, and are covered instead by the Limited Warranty if a defect appears. Evidence of installation includes heat discoloration, clamp or hanger marks, and exhaust residue.

Restocking fees

We do not charge a restocking fee.

What is refunded

Refunds cover the price of the Product only. Original shipping charges, installation costs, labor, and any other charges are not refundable. Return shipping on a change-of-mind return is prepaid by you and is not reimbursed. This is different from a warranty claim, where we cover freight — see the Limited Warranty.

Return procedure

1. Email Lars@glorydaysspeedshop.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Write the RMA number in large, clearly visible characters on the outside of the box and enclose a copy of the original invoice.
3. Pack the Product with sufficient padding to protect fragile components. We are not responsible for Products damaged in transit to us. We recommend insuring the shipment.
4. Ship the Product prepaid to: Glory Days Speed Shop, Attn: Returns, 17 Taconic Park Drive, Suite 1, Pittsfield, MA 01237.
5. We will inspect the Product and issue any refund due within 5 business days of receipt, to the original method of payment.
